Misha Lopez dreamed of being an attorney from the time he was in elementary school and worked to achieve that goal throughout his life. After graduating from Berkeley Law, he began his legal career with a prestigious Fairfax City defense-focused firm. Misha handled a wide variety of civil, criminal, and traffic defense matters while working there.

After nearly eight years of general civil litigation and criminal/traffic defense, Misha decided it was time to leave to pursue his own concept of the ideal law practice. He and Kara Lee joined forces for a number of reasons, but the primary reason was they shared the same vision for representing clients. Misha, like Kara, believes that leveraging experience and efficiency in litigation while being compassionate towards clients, allows for the best overall outcome for clients.

Misha is passionate about criminal law and traffic defense. Clients who face criminal or traffic charges or who are involved in divorce, custody, or support litigation often have many issues facing them. Misha enjoys being a problem solver and brings his problem-solving skillset to every case he handles.

Misha’s clients can expect dedication to their particular needs, thorough research, and a plan of action for any issue that may arise during the representation. Misha strives to view cases from every angle in order to understand what can be done to get his clients what they want and need without expending unnecessary resources, wasting time, or taking fruitless actions.

Misha is also very passionate about technology and using technology to best serve his clients. When he is not spending time working on cases, he is often researching the latest phones, computers, and software to see if there are new or better ways to simplify the lives of his clients and improve the services he and Kara provide.

If you need immediate help with a traffic, criminal, or family law case, call Misha today or request a consultation throughout our online form.
